It empowers users to explore home purchase loans, cash-out refinance options, HELOCs, and debt consolidation through interactive calculation tools and real-time interest rate tracking.
The Challenge
Navigating mortgage options, interest rates, and loan terms can be overwhelming for home buyers. The primary challenge was to design a platform that transforms complex financial algorithms into accessible, real-time calculation tools while driving qualified leads for mortgage origination.
The Solution
I designed and developed a high-converting financial web platform equipped with an extensive suite of mortgage calculators (Payment Estimator, Buying Power, Rent vs. Buy, Refinance Savings, and Amortization Schedules). The interface breaks down complex monthly payment metrics (Principal, Interest, Taxes, and Insurance - PITI) into clear, visually digestible charts and guides users directly into pre-approval application funnels.
