Hoxro is an enterprise-grade Legal Practice & Case Management System (LMS) built to help law firms and legal departments manage cases, client billing, communications, and legal documentation from a single, cloud-based platform. Trusted by 600+ legal practices, Hoxro replaces fragmented software setups with a streamlined digital environment.

The Challenge

Lawyers and legal professionals frequently face context-switching fatigue caused by juggling separate software tools for emails, case files, document drafts, calendar events, and client billing. The objective was to design and engineer a complex, feature-rich legal management web interface that reduces clutter, ensures strict regulatory compliance, and enables legal teams to execute daily tasks without switching between multiple browser tabs or desktop applications.

The Solution

I engineered and structured an intuitive frontend interface centered around a Single-Window Interface architecture. This unified dashboard connects Matter Management, Document Automation, Client Accounting, and Practice Analytics into one cohesive web workspace. The UI allows legal professionals to perform drag-and-drop file operations, run mail merges, generate legal precedents, track billable time, and process invoices seamless from a central hub.
