HKJ Mills is an industrial quality assurance web portal built to digitize quality control operations for high-volume textile manufacturing and fabric production facilities. It serves as a central hub for plant managers, quality inspectors, and clients to review material standards and inspection logs.
The Challenge
Textile manufacturing facilities often rely on fragmented paper logs or complex spreadsheets to track fabric defects, yarn parameters, and batch inspection results. The goal was to build a clean, real-time web portal that simplifies industrial quality metric tracking, accelerates inspection reporting, and ensures full transparency across supply chains.

I designed and developed a streamlined operational interface structured around material testing standards, batch inspection logs, and clear quality metrics. The portal allows quality assurance teams to verify lab test results, review defect tolerances, and export comprehensive quality compliance reports directly through a responsive dashboard.
